Fully Custom Home Rebuild

This home owner wanted a full transformation of the building. It had 6ft of water in the basement and was a complete rebuild. Everything had to be re-done from the brick exterior, to the  basement, main floor and roof trusses. The building was water damaged, out dated, and needed severe renovations. The project began by removing all water from the basement, then drying it out completely. After that the whole basement, main floor was gutted to the studs. The exterior brick and roof were removed and the rebuild began. See the images below to showcase some of the transformations.
